Background: PECS, or Picture Exchange Communication System, addressed in writing. The answers for such schemes to influence word retrieval autism spectrum disorders children (ASD). Objective: objective of the current study finding out effects Development picture exchange communication system autistic children's speech and communicative requesting was main goal study. Materials & Methods: design Qusai experimental. research carried at Riphah International University Lahore campus. Data collected from Lahore. time six months after approval synopsis. Autistic purposive sampling technique used this research. sample size calculated ten. picture-exchange (PECS) data collection. examined using SPSS software Endnotes were references. Results: Results Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS) assessment scoring form indicated that there is a significant relationship between Effects Communicative PECS request development children, overall analysis pre post scores CARS assessment. In which mean score 36.15 29.5. standard deviation 8.47 5.39. difference showed improvement Used paired t test scores. results indicate every participant different skills as verbal nonverbal communication, visual response. Some participants got higher Practical implication: This will give us better understanding how develops with children’s vocabulary awareness children.
